OBJECTIVES

  • To find ways and means for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of human and institutional resource of AJ&K for improved public service delivery system.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

  • Improved understanding of human and institutional capacity challenges and options to resolve them.
  • Roadmap developed for AJ&K Government Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD).
  • Recommendations on Policy reforms prepared for AJ&K HICD and selective sectors.
